Learn a new aquatic BodyWork modality... the art of using movement in the medium of water to create dynamic balance. Specific actions, patterns and waveforms promote re-organization, re-education, rehabilitation, relaxation, rejuvenation...dynamic balance. This continuous process of attunement can lead to heightened states of awareness and bliss.

it’s warm and nurturing
you feel totally safe and supported
you feel your breath, your heart beat
you hear your inner voice
gentle waves caress your body
you are one with the flows and rhythms of movement
you’re in a state of dynamic balance
you are pure potentiality
this is ecstasy!
In a typical MDMA water session, you are supported by flotation devices and moved in thermal water. The therapist plays with various interconnections and influences of orbiting circles, spirals and infinity signs and these actions promote vitality and optimal health. This process induces deep relaxation…releases endorphins…heightens awareness…alters consciousness…produces euphoria. Your body in water is buoyant. The liquid environment changes auditory experience. You can move freely without using muscles. Travel and momentum are distorted and your experience is shifted from ordinary reality. This can affect you on so many levels…memories can be jogged, holding patterns released, body parts awakened and awareness stimulated. An MDMA session will support and encourage you to gently surrender into your own layers and dimensions of fluidity and pleasure.
This watershop will be held in a private pool in Miami Beach. Take one level or both this weekend; either way, it's an amazing experience. Get ready for some delicious moves warm salt water ripples & spirals & lots of loving touch
WHAT TO BRING:
If you have already taken a water class bring your noodles
Towel, bathing suit*, sun protection (i.e. hat, shirt, sunscreen)
writing instrument, notebook, food and beverage
(a refrigerator is available for you to use)
*Classes are clothing optional
-We reserve the right to cancel class if less than 6 participants are registered
-In the event of inclement weather we will notify you of an alternate rain-date
-Monies paid are good for one year and may be applied towards any future class
Sandy is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a seminar leader, a massage teacher at Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, Florida and co-author of the textbook TouchAbilities®... Essential Connections. Her approach is spiritual, wholistic and eclectic with a specific focus on energetic patterns and dynamic balancing. The purpose of her work is conscious inner attunement.
